By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Dunkin Lebanon.
Dunkin Lebanon is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
The Dunkin Leb App stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, to provide our Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the Dunkin Leb App won’t work properly or at all.
You should be aware that there are certain things that Dunkin Lebanon will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but Dunkin Lebanon cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.
If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third-party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.
Along the same lines, Dunkin Lebanon cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, Dunkin Lebanon cannot accept responsibility.
With respect to Dunkin Lebanon’s responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavor to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Dunkin Lebanon accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.
At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android & iOS – the requirements for the both systems (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Dunkin Lebanon does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android & iOS version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, we may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.

This document governs your relationship with Dunkin Leb App.
Access to and use of this App and the products and services available through this App (collectively, the “Services”) are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (the “Terms & Conditions”).
By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms & Conditions, as may be updated by us from time to time.
You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms & Conditions.
Access to this App is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice.
We will not be liable, if for any reason this App is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or to the entire App.
This App may contain links to other websites (like in the news section, offers, YouTube videos etc…) which are not operated by Dunkin Lebanon.
Dunkin Lebanon has no control over the Linked Sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Your use of the Linked Sites will be subject to the Terms & Conditions contained within each such sites.
REGISTRATION
To use Dunkin Leb App, you will need to register, and activate your account by entering your active email address and your phone number. When you register, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects.
If you change your phone number, you are required to activate your account and you won’t be able to use the app (login, collect points, redeem gifts and any of its features) unless activated.
YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DELETED IF YOU DO NOT ACTIVATE IT WITHIN 1 MONTH FROM THE DATE OF REGISTRATION WITHOUT ANY FURTHER NOTICE.
Should any of your registration information change, please notify us immediately or change them from the “More” Section (from inside the App) or send us an email to
appsupport@ddlebanon.com.
We may also change registration requirements from time to time without any further notice.
The account password you provide should be unique and kept secure, and you must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
TERMS OF SALE:
Points Collection:
By purchasing in any Dunkin branch, a receipt will be issued containing the items purchased with the total price (TTC) and other details like: time, date, place, barcode etc…
Our employee will ask you to scan your Dunkin Leb App QR code found in the landing page to be able to add these points to your account.
If the transaction is successful, you will get a notification from the Mobile App informing you that the payment is done and new points added.
If you do not receive the push notification, immediately refer to our employee to check it with you; Dunkin Lebanon has the right to reject any complaint concerning any old transaction with 5 or more minutes from its original time it occurred.
POINTS WILL EXPIRE WITHIN 2 YEARS IN CASE THEY ARE NOT USED.
POINTS WON’T BE ADDED IF:
-A Customer is without the Dunkin Leb application.
-A Customer who changed his phone, or his account is pending or inactive or became inaccessible for any reasons.
-A receipt from a different shop.
-A receipt having 3 min over the time of purchase.
-User can’t access his account because he did not update the app or any other reasons.
POINTS WILL BE EXCEPTIONALLY ADDED MANUALLY WHEN OUR DUNKIN LEB APP HAS THE FOLLOWING PROBLEMS:
-Internet problem in our shops (not the user phone issues).
-Problem with the APP (malfunctioning, we will notify our customers prior).
-When Dunkin Lebanon decides on adding the points.
Points gained will be calculated referring to Dunkin Lebanon rules, and Dunkin Lebanon has the right to change the value without any further notice.
Dunkin Leb App can be only used by the user holding the account name and phone number. Sharing the app is totally forbidden and results in the account suspension without any further notice (unless the user notifies us on appsupport@ddlebanon.com) and we keep the right to reject or accept any request without any explanation.
- Payments by Points:
You can use the accumulated collected points using Dunkin Leb App to purchase any Dunkin Donut item available in the shop (not all items can be available for purchase through Dunkin Leb mobile App which remain Dunkin Lebanon sole decision).
Item price conversion rate follows Dunkin Lebanon rate decided previously and it can be changed without any further notice.
Dunkin Lebanon reserves the right to remove, change, and delete any item for sale on the app without any further notice.
Dunkin Lebanon has the right to reject any transaction from any account without any warning or further notice, if it sees it’s a must.
- Payments by Wallet:
You can recharge your Dunkin Leb App with 4 of the following amounts:
25,000 LBP, 50,000 LBP, 75,000 LBP, 100,000 LBP.
Each amount grants you the same amount of money with an additional amount as a gift, if Dunkin Lebanon decided to do so.
You can use the recharged wallet money using Dunkin Leb App to purchase any Dunkin Donut item available in the shop (not all items can be available for purchase through Dunkin Leb mobile App which remain Dunkin Lebanon sole decision).
Item price follows Dunkin Lebanon rate decided previously and can be changed without any further notice.
Dunkin Lebanon reserves the right to remove, change, and delete any item for sale without any further notice.
Dunkin Lebanon has the right to reject any transaction from any account without any warning or further notice if it sees it is a must.
GIFT REDEMPTION & OFFERS
Using Dunkin Leb App, you can use the collected points to redeem gifts available only from the Dunkin Leb App Rewards Section.
Items prices (For Rewards and Offers) are subject to change without any further notice, Dunkin Lebanon has the right to remove edit and delete Rewards and offers without any notice.
Gifts and offers are non-refundable unless decided by Dunkin Lebanon.
Gifts and offers need from 5 to 10 business days to be processed and delivered.
Dunkin Lebanon has the right to refuse, cancel and reject any request (Gift and Offers) from any account without further notice.
Some of our offers requested from the Rewards section has validity time depending on the Reward. All offers, rewards, or any DD giveaway with validity date expire without any further notice and can’t be extended.
Dunkin Lebanon has the right to change the Validity of its offers (plus or minus) without any further notice.
PROHIBITIONS
You must not misuse this App. You will not: commit or encourage a criminal offense; transmit or distribute a virus, Trojan, worm, logic bomb or any other material which is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene; hack into any aspect of the Service; corrupt data; cause annoyance to other users; infringe upon the rights of any other person’s proprietary rights; send any uncensored advertising or promotional material, commonly referred to as “spam”; or attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any telecom facilities accessed through this App. Breaching this provision would constitute a criminal offense and Dunkin Leb App will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and disclose your identity to them. This App is for your personal noncommercial use only.
You may not modify, copy, distribute transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, transfer, data mine or sell any content, software, products, or services contained within this App.
You may not use this App, or any of its Content, to further any commercial purpose, including any advertising or advertising revenue generation activity on your own App.
You agree that you will be personally responsible for your use of this App and for all of your communication and activity on and pursuant to this App. If we determine that you are or have been engaged in prohibited activities, were not respectful of other users, or otherwise violated the T&C, we may deny you access to this App on a temporary or permanent basis
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, SOFTWARE AND CONTENT
The intellectual property rights in all software and content (including photographic images) made available to you on or through this App remain the property of Dunkin Leb App or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world.
All such rights are reserved by Dunkin Leb App and its licensors. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this App nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
The material displayed on this App is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy.
Unless expressly stated to the contrary to the fullest extent permitted by law, Dunkin Leb App and its suppliers, content providers and advertisers hereby expressly exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity and shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but without limitation to any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profits, data or other intangibles, damage to goodwill or reputation, or the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, arising out of or related to the use, inability to use, performance or failures of this App or the Linked Sites and any materials posted thereon, irrespective of whether such damages were foreseeable or arise in contract, tort, equity, restitution, by statute, at common law or otherwise.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial of service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your phone equipment, programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of this App or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any App linked to it. We are also not responsible for failure to meet any of our obligations under the T&C where such failure is due to events beyond our reasonable control.
LINKING TO THIS APP
You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, Approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. You must not establish a link from any App that is not owned by you.
This App must not be framed on any other App, nor may you create a link to any part of this App other than the home page.
We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.
You acknowledge and agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Dunkin Lebanon as a result of the T&C or your use of this App. You agree that you may not and will not hold yourself out as a representative, agent, or employee of Dunkin Lebanon, and we shall not be liable for any representation, act, or omission on your part.
DISCLAIMER AS TO OWNERSHIP OF TRADEMARKS, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Your use of the App and its contents grants no rights to you in relation to any copyright, designs, trademarks and all other intellectual property and material rights relating to the content. All such content including third party trademarks, designs, and related intellectual property rights mentioned or displayed on this App are protected by intellectual property law and other laws and international treaties.
“Content” is defined as any graphics, photographs, including all image rights, sounds, music, video, audio or text on this App.
Except where expressly stated to the contrary all persons (including their names and images), third party trademarks and content, services and/ or locations featured on this App are in no way associated, linked or affiliated with Dunkin Leb App and you should not rely on the existence of such a connection or affiliation. Any trademark/name featured on this App are owned by the respective trademark owners. Where a trademark or brand name is referred to it is used solely to describe or identify the products and services and is in no way an assertion that such products or services are endorsed by or connected to dd App
VARIATION
Dunkin Leb App shall have the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary the Services and/or any page of this App.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dunkin Lebanon and its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents or other representatives from and against all claims, liability and expenses, including all legal fees and costs arising from or relating to (a) your breach of these Terms and Conditions of Use; and (b) your use of this App including transmission or placement of information or materials by you on this App.
INVALIDITY
If any part of the Terms & Conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforce ability of any other part of the Terms & Conditions will not be affected all other clauses remaining in full force and effect. So far as possible where any clause/sub-clause or part of a clause/sub-clause can be severed to render the remaining part valid, the clause shall be interpreted accordingly. Alternatively, you agree that the clause shall be rectified and interpreted in such a way that closely resembles the original meaning of the clause /sub-clause as is permitted by law.

GOVERNING LAW
The Terms & Conditions together with all our policies and procedures will be governed by and construed in accordance to the Lebanese laws and the relevant courts of Lebanon will have exclusive jurisdiction.
WAIVER
If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The above Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and Dunkin Leb App. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms & Conditions will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of Dunkin Lebanon.
CHANGES TO THIS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
